consulting from rooms located at East Melbourne and Geelong.

Since 2009, the mission of my service has been to help people psychologically grow. The journey includes finding goals beyond hardship, developing self-awareness & action skills, and relieving distress associated with thoughts & feelings.

Psychological therapy is available for adult individuals 18 y.o. & over, with common mental health conditions assessed and treated such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress and addiction.
